Can someone explain to me how that works?? The language used to describe it in the paragraph is very confusing.

Don't use it. Set your draft boards. That's how I've always read it.

Once you have your draft list set. It will draft the players in the order that you arrange them. If you pick 10th in a round, for instance, rate the 10 best players at the position that you need and that way, you'll get one of them. Do that for every round, etc. Unless you're going to watch the draft closely. In that case, put the player you want to draft first in your draft list when it's your turn.

Don't use the recommended settings. Don't.

Even if you're going to watch it closely it's best to have a few players on your board just in case, I had a draft in MFN7 where I was pick 3 in round two and had one guy on my board to start the 2nd round. Something came up and I forgot to check back in. I ended up with a 60 speed back that I've been trying to unload for pretty much anything since.

I like to set the auto also. Lately it has picked over 60 percent of my players. Resulting in slow or weak players but they boom/bust the same. Also, a correctly set auto will give you a quick glance of the postions in need and the highly rated players available there. When time is limited I pick from ...the auto.

it is about the play style you apply. My current game plan that I use/used in all of my leagues does not fit with many of my auto draft picks, but why not change the gameplans?

At least for that 60 speed 2nd round RB mentioned earlier. ..I see it harder with that player only because he would do nice as a 3rd down or receiving back and here there are no screen passes and limited draws/delays.

Still the auto has some value...
