Where is the league's up to date rules stored ?

Hello ...

Looking to find (and struggling) entire league rules of up to date ..
In particular looking to see what was the min # of plays to have in the playbook (I recall it as 28 but not too sure).

I believe the only rule is that every team must have a QB, K, and P above a minimum default rating to prevent the worst of tanking

Now that we are in version 4.6...we have just one rule!!!

RULE #1

Every team must have and use a QB, PUNTER and KICKER for all regular season games. A TRUE QB, P and K rated at least 60 overall by default ratings!

Not much as far as rules goes since we switched to version 4.6
