A couple of 5th year studs hit free agency! Blood is in the water so now let's see who spends the most to land then.

MAX CONTRACT



Friendly reminder that this is the MAX contract allowed in this league. The question is how many teams plan on offering multiple MAX contracts during free agency week 1?

I see 3, maybe 4 players that will probably get MAX offers.

TE Terrance Jackson

4 years at Providence but hasn't reached his potential. He could be a 100 reception TE or even moved to RB where he could become a feature back. Who will get this player and tap his potential?

WR John Pine

4 years at Seattle and ready to break out on the right team. Doesn't have elite speed but his acceleration plus pass catching attributes means he can explode if utilized correctly. Any takers?

MLB Rex Boudreau

A complete linebacker with elite speed, power, run stopping and coverage skills. He played 4 years with Brooklyn and is looking for his 1st ALLPRO selection with the right team. Show Rex the Money!!!

QB Hector Cruz

2 years with Daytona then 2 more wit Providence means thus QBs star has lost its shine but his combo of intelligence and accuracy plus his vision and ability to look off defenders means he can excel with the right owner. Who can turn this former 1st round picks career around?

RT Robert Epps

This 4 year starter with Saint Paul allowed just 10 sacks and 84 tackles and has 1 ALLPRO under his belt. All it takes is some cold cash and he can be a starter for your team.

LG Fernando Carr

Another Saint Paul starter is available to the top bidder! Open your wallet gentlemen.

Probably one of the better free agency classes in years. Pine could easily serve as a RB, especially in 4.6. Has decent speed (not elite), but his acceleration could make up for it.

These have all been updated and I'm working on ALLSTATS now.

I will be doing my 1st round draft review as usual then the DRAFT HISTORY and TEAM HISTORY threads will be finished and posted. I also have to finish the Hall of Fame ballot and get it out to our committee so we can elect this year's class

NEWS & NOTES

Like I stated before, Vegas becomes the 11th francise to win a Title in the XFL.

Every team has at least 3 postseason appearances except Daytona who have yet to reach the postseason.

Voryzover has owned them for 14 seasons now and it's been a rough go so far. I'm gonna offer help and it would be nice if a few others reached out to help.

29 of 32 teams have won at least 1 division Title.

New England, Montana and Daytona are the 3 teams without one. New England and Daytona reside in Smirts and my division which makes the goal harder but Montana has come close recently fighting Raidergreg (Gem City), Hollyhh2000 (Zehlendorf) and Wolveraider (Saint Paul) who have all been to multiple Title games.

21 of 32 teams have played in a Conference Championship game

16 of 32 teams have played in a XFL Title game.

29 of 32 teams have at least 1 playoff win

25 of 32 teams have at least 1 home playoff win

25 of 32 teams have at least 1 road playoff win.

Vegas had a nice run to the Title and moved into 4th Alltime in playoff wins and home playoff wins.

****Update****

The ALLTIME STATS THREAD has been updated and now I'm working in the Hall of Fame ballot while free agency ends and we head into the draft.

News & Notes

All changes are in bold and while no major passing numbers fell, sacking the QB has a bunch of bold!

William Meany (CIN) shattered tge single season rushing TD record with 22 with the previous record thru 21 seasons being 16!

The only recieving stats that changed were career stats!

My Dakota team has made 22 straight playoffs and it shows in the postseason receiving stats....Dakota has the top 3 in career postseason reception and 2 out of the top 4 in postseason receiving yards Alltime.

Single season sack numbers are on the rise and 4 players joined the top ten in season sacks.
