Gg smirt......The playoff picture starts to become more in focus after week 14.
AXC
The 6 playoff teams are set with only seeding yet to be determined.
Buffalo (13-1) and Oakland (13-1) have both secured 1st round byes while this weeks matchup between the 2 teams will likely decide home field advantage throughout the playoffs.
Dakota's (10-4) lose to Buffalo puts them into a tie with Houston (10-4) but Dakota has swept the season series against Houston so they need help to claim the division. Both teams final 2 games are against teams with losing records.
Cincinnati (10-4) have won there division and are sitting in the 4th seed having lost to Dakota, they also would need help to move up to the 3rd seed.
Houston (10-4) is currently the 5th seed and New England (9-5) is the 6th seed. Houston could move as high as the 3rd seed if they win out and Dakota drops 1 of there last 2 games. New England can only move up to the 5th seed if they win out and Houston stumbles down the stretch.
NXC
Atlanta (11-3) is sitting in the 1st seed and with wins over Seattle (11-3) and Green Bay (10-4) they control their own destiny.
Seattle (11-3) sits in the 2nd seed and they have a win over Green Bay (10-4) so if they win out, they will finish no lower then the 2nd seed.
Green Bay (10-4) is currently the 3 seed and they could move as high as the 1 seed if they win out and get lots of help.
Washington (8-6) has clinched their division and is locked in at the 4 seed.
Memphis (10-4) clinched a playoff spot and sits in the 5th seed after a very disappointing lose to Carolina (7-6-1). Memphis had beaten Atlanta to claim a tie for the south division the prior week but fell to a Carolina team that despite winning was eliminated from the playoffs. Memphis could still win the division if they win out and Atlanta loses its last 2 games.
Arizona (9-5) currently sits at the number 6 seed and will clinch a playoff spot if they win out. They have tough matchups against Seattle (11-3) and Green Bay (10-4).
Chicago (8-6) sits a game behind Arizona for the 6th seed. They have games against Green Bay (10-4) and Detroit (5-9).
Tampa Bay (8-6) also sits a game back for the 6th seed. They have games against Dallas (3-11) and NYN (4-9-1).
