I'm working my tail off to offer you guys content above and beyond the generic stuff in other leagues and besides a few owners, Im getting very little feedback. I put up a poll to pick who you think will win the league championship and including my vote, I got a whole 3 votes out of 32 owners.

I'm doing the bulk of the work here guys, all I'm asking is for a little participation from all of you. I mean it literally would take 10 seconds to pick a team in the poll. I'm trying my best to make this a good league that every owner can feel invested in his team but I cant do it all by myself. I need every owner to join in, participate and create a dialogue amongst each and every owner.

Somehow I missed that poll until right now...I am preparing to drop out of a couple of failing leagues so I can participate better in this one, because of the additional things going on here. I don't like to just abandon leagues without setting up my team against the future AI dealings first, so my time is a bit limited for now. Wondering if a reorganization/condensing of the sticky posts wouldn't help in us notice to the items that require a quicker response? In the interim, if you need assistance with anything, please reach out, I will do my best to help.

Thanks to everyone that answered the poll. Im sorry if I came off the wrong way with this post but I have been trying to add content to this league with quarterly reviews, our championship thread and this poll and honestly I have been frustrated by the lack of participation. we have at least 30 owners in this league at all times and to only hear from the same 6 or 7 all the time is a little disappointing to me.


my goal was not only to fill out this league and keep it from dying but also to build an ongoing dialogue between all the owners and create rivalries and increase competition. I want to continue to add content in the forums in hopes that everyone will become more invested in this league but when I get very little feedback, it makes me wonder if Im wasting my time. ive spent time putting together quarterly reports and when nobody replies or even likes that post then the time Ive spent seems wasted to me.

you guys tell me.....are my posts not worth reading? should I continue the posts I do or don't bother? should I be posting something different? what post would you be interested in? we have gotten plenty of positive feedback on the radio show so should I just focus on that and drop the rest?

Just keep the content going! I really want this league to be active. And competitive as some one who took over a really bad team and had a quick turn around id hate to see this league die out

CJ, there's something not right with the polls. That's the 2nd time I didn't see a league poll until after it was closed - and I check the league forums every day.
Keep the content coming, although I might recommend collapsing the quarterly season updates to a single post to lessen the number of sticky posts on the first page.

No don't stop, some people are just waking up to it. It will take some time, but the potential of the radio show being added, it grabbed at least my attention better. As more of us contribute content, it will drive interaction. As some of the owners change, you are more apt to find others that are more willing to participate. Let's just continue to add content, and when we get a few of us with some solid stuff going, we can always look outside of the league and use the content to draw some owners in who are looking for this kind of stuff. The more other owners are asked to be involved (like being interviewed, or asked for comment), I think it can grow. Slow growth will give us time to refine the content too. I have a few rough ideas floating around in my head, some stuff I can work on this week to test out for next season. Right now this is a healthy league. It is important to keep the ownership full, and not let the AI or cheaters ruin the rosters.

The stuff you write makes the league more fun. I just don't spend as much time online as I suspect many of you do, so I don't reply much.
