It is interesting for sure. I felt like Dakota would be a good team to measure reality with considering QB success in the past.

The height is just something I noticed today, and found intriguing but I didn’t really really think it was a factor. Still notable since there is no immediate direct comparison to his height in this season. Maybe in the past.

The GOAT QB Randal Cunningham was 6' 0" 220 lbs...Beaucamp is 5' 11" 220 lbs. I don't think 1 inch makes that much difference but who knows maybe the code says under 6' then he sucks!!!

The Remy conundrum: I noticed today he is the only QB starter who is under six feet. Is this his flaw causing what appears on paper to not translate to the field?

Beaucamp is the highest rated QB in the league (by my weights) and he is a complete failure during his entire career.

I don't think physical size of players plays much of a factor in MFN and Beaucamp's continued failures supports my long standing theory that players or more specifically QBs have a hidden "clutch" rating which would explain his issues.

In my many years playing, I've noticed certain players consistently out playing their attributes and vice versa like Beaucamp. It's just a theory and unless JDB comes clean about it...it's all I have to explain why he throws more interceptions than TDs.

I'm not the GOAT...never claimed to be but I do have a couple QBs in the HOF and my QBs have a combined 12 MVPs so I kinda know what I'm doing so Beaucamp should definitely be playing better then he is!!!

Remy is the biggest draft bust I’ve ever had in any league in MFN. Just wild. Can’t believe I took him first overall.

I would draft him again....he should be elite so there isn't any fault for drafting him. Where's his weakness?

Agreed. He was supposed to be the long-term cornerstone for my franchise, but it just didn’t work out. Made me come around to your argument about a hidden trait.

Seen a similar qb like that in Paydirt league. Can’t remember his name, but watched him struggle for a decade while backups routinely outplayed a guy with near perfect ratings across the board. Multiple teams gave him shots as well, just never made any difference in outcome.

The hidden "clutch" trait could be a normal 0-100 rating or simply a yes/no, on/off switch.

I don't know but when I find unexplained anomalies in data, I look for a logical reason.

What's even crazier with Beaucamp is he didn't bust but in fact slightly boomed...very slightly buts it's there.

A perfect qb should be good enough to make even the bad plays in the playbook work reasonably well, for some reason these guys at the top of the ratings can barely keep up with the average league starter using just the “good” plays…

I still think head coach might have a hidden trait also. I had that 3 year span with championship runs, my head coach retired and I've been garbage ever since.
