GG Fritz, totally agree with smirt about player of the week, I wouldn’t even have picked my qb as player of this game over the speed wr that caught both home runs and did all the damage with his feet. And putting up 50 points on Dakota is doing something, there’s got to be better options there…

The only thing good about that game (for me) is I came away healthy!!
When I was a kid, I use to play Statis Pro Football. It was a board game with individual player cards
You used to have a deck of fast action cards which would give you a random number which was used to give you the result of each play after taking everything into account.
My buddy John would always say "getting the numbers" whenever his Steelers (late 70s) lost to my Browns.
The game against Smirt reminded of that, not that I think my team is better then Smirts at all. It's just nothing went my way in that game.

My buddy and I played Strat-o-Matic and tracked stats and everything. Fun times. We'd drink and we could tell the order of the games we played based on our handwriting. Some of the last games of the night, the stat sheet would be unreadable because of drunken scribbling.
