I guess my PTSD of playing runner up to Hammond in half my leagues was showing a bit there. honestly, I wish all 4 remaining competitors the best, but obviously only 1 Highlander can remain at the end. AJ is also new to his franchise this season, so there’s a decent chance the championship could BOTH be first year managers. What does that say about the old guard here? Probably nothing, both these guys are veteran winners everywhere else I’ve crossed their paths. It’s always good to have more legitimate threats for the title. Blondie has had the best team around for several seasons now, but only 1 recent title to show for it. Nice to see Greg up there too, gem city isn’t always a powerhouse, but this year’s team is solid.
I’m venting too much since I messed up my gameplanning and eliminated myself. thought my defense was better than ever this year, but always feel we’re a few pieces away from cracking that bulletproof glass ceiling. Seriously contemplating my future in general on MFN. I want to keep fighting, but I find myself getting distracted by the details and frustrated in the stagnated improvement by our developer. I probably need to focus on more productive things in life, but this community has been a fun and challenging waste of my idle time on various fronts. Good luck tonite and beyond!

Appreciate it Smirt! Having a strong roster and stability at QB has certainly helped. Unfortunately, for me, my superstars are aging and/or nearing retirement, so this run of luck won't last much longer.
