My biggest beef is the astonishing lack of QB talent in this draft

I'm thinking or wishing for many Boomers. The last draft was pretty good or so it seemed until
65% Busted

To top off how shitty this draft class was, 23 out of 32 first round picks went down in training camp. This is a joke. Another reason so many people have quit playing.
Brought in a couple of cuts but of the rookies, had some v nice improvements overall - not necessarily starters, but depth
One WR would be elite but for average speed.
Generally means I can cut a load of the older dross.

I'm fine with a big part of the 1st round picks going down, it's kind of realistic and they can still end up being good/solid players. My criticism is why are low volatility guys going down/up way more than players with high vol, it doesn't make sense.
My 4th rd pick with +90 vol went only up +2, but I see a lot of prospects with low volatility going down 7 points...

My take is vol refers to a range.
So boom or bust, a 2 vol players has a v limited range they'd move in either direction. Higher vol, range is wider.
That doesn't preclude what you've seen.

Vol represents the odds of either a boom or bust not so much how much he will boom or bust.
Consider vol as a true percentage of "IF" a player changes from the player you drafted, not so much how much he will boom or bust
