One Boom out of 7 picks The random QB , nice I guess Except when every pick you need busts. The draft is broken . It seems almost every 1st, 2nd round picks bust . Very random, not like real life when you can scout , test, etc. It's just a game
Good draft for us, found five players who will be rotational/maybe starters in the future between the 1st and 4th round, and one hybrid DE in the 6th round.
One of my two 1st rd picks declined but he will be a solid CB regardless, rest of them improved (except some late round picks who were cut).
As per usual, I only had final day picks, so they were all longshots to begin with. 3 out of 4 improved though, so they might stick around as depth after the preseason.
What’s more annoying is my top rb that wound up on IR just before playoffs was 8 weeks doubtful on the end of season spin and he still is now. Seriously? Even IF the offseason was only 6 weeks instead of 6 months, he should have knocked most of that off! I guess he’ll get to rest up this preseason in hopes he might be probable by the time games start to count…
The only one falling enough to really be considered for cutting right off the bat is a RG. Would have been good to have a little youth on the line, but the drop put him way below where he needs to be. The others will be serviceable with a couple even deserving starting positions. We'll see how this season goes.
GG Miami, your gameplan is legit and my team is starting this year more broken than I would like, but I’m not sure I could stop you again if healthy anyway. Good luck until/unless we meet again.
