Update on League Administrator...still waiting on JDB to respond, I should have asked him before Friday but I really didn't want to be the one to take over. That being said, I'd rather do it myself than let this league die. I anticipate JDB allowing it, no reason not to unless CJ shows up tonight/tomorrow.

I was really hoping to have this done before FA1 runs tonight, but alas it's too late.

Those of you that don't know me, I also run the USFL, so it's not like I don't have experience running a successful league. I'm not planning any changes other than to allow us to switch player positions like we used to in this league before JDB put out the position graph. I believe that is something CJ would have done had he been in better health.

Speaking of CJ, if he shows up in the future and wants his league back, of course I'll let him have it. We could always just wait it out but if we do, the league will die a slow death as we currently can't add new owners. Time is a luxury we don't really have at the moment.

If you want to assume/think CJ is coming back, look at this as a way to preserve his league until that time. I have my own opinions on what happened to CJ which I won't repeat other to say I believe he is missing because for whatever reason he can't log into MFN.

I really hope those of you that have stuck around continue to do so. The XFL has been a great league because of the team owners and CJ. If you liked him, perhaps sticking around would be a nice way to honor his efforts these last several years.

Looking at the Blizzard , Why are they at -72 million cap.

Most likely bad AI contracts. When the system booted CJ for inactivity, AI took over and probably signed some expensive extensions.

I just looked it up and that's what happened.

Looks like resigning Smurf Murphy did the trick.

I won't be able to fix the cap overrun but I will be able to clear the dead cap if/when I become LA.

Not the strongest FA class, but glad I came away with my #1 target MLB Jaime Akin. Overpaid by a lot seeing the rest of the offers, but I think he's worth it.

Missed a few O-Line guys I wanted, but I snagged a few others who will be starters at both guards positions.

Still waiting on a response from JDB. I figured I'd get a response today but so far, no. I get not responding on a holiday weekend but now it's Tuesday and I thought he'd be back at it.

I just sent another PM to JDB asking him to either make me the LA or turn this into a public league so we can at least get new team owners in. I don't like being a pest but I also don't have much patience. Holiday weekend or not, it shouldn't take 5 days to address this.

Now I see why nothing has been done yet, he hasn't logged in recently so he has yet to see my messages
