This is the same position matrix we use in the USFL and this will expand what you can change here in XFL.

For now, you can change 1 level, meaning DE to LB, or LB to DB or the reverse. Most players struggle to get to weight moving 2 levels, such as DB to DE so for now, it's not allowed but that can be discussed.
