Including myself we have 8 of 20 XFL owners also in USFL/WFL. Looking at the upcoming schedule, they line up where free agency and the draft overlap each other in both. This will be a pain to do both at once, so I'll most likely delay our sim for 2 days, but after end of season runs.

We would still have some overlap but at least we wouldn't have both round 1's the same day. Delaying the sim after end of season would give everyone plenty of time to look over free agents before having to finalize contract offers.

I may also delay USFL a sim or 2, I guess that's what I want to discuss quickly. This should be a 1 time thing, at least until they line up again. The XFL has 1 more round of early and late free agency than USFL.

My thinking right now is to delay the XFL sim for 2 days this morning after work, around 4 am eastern time.
