Leave mfn 1 open and running to test and troubleshoot problems.

Wait until everyone figures out the next part. I believe it completely removes your free agents from every spot in the depth chart and over-rides. I doubt it magically restores them when re-signed. And then there is the +1 aging before end of season sim is ran.

I'm against exploits personally, because people can't use them if they don't know how to.

With regards to that contract exploit, I've never used it, never will. Only thing I would say is that if you want to allow someone to use it, then anyone doing so shouldn't expect you to reset their cap when things go wrong for them.

Raised the +1 claim - that doesn't happen, apparently. End of season sim run, player ages are then bumped up and retirement decisions made.

With regards to the free agents,I don't personally have an issue with them.

A free agent by default isn't with your team - so why should they be in depth chart or overrides? If you've not re-signed them in their final season, they should leave much like in real life.

If the leaving date/time has been pushed to start of season, that's about right to me.

It displays as +1 age before end of season has ran. That has never happened before. Players in 12 real life years have never left the depth chart or over-rides before until signing elsewhere. Like disappearing rules it creates much more work. This feels like JDB on a burner account.

I see no progress was made so another delay. I'll keep delaying until you guys tell me you want to move forward.

It may even have been a bug those players remained on your depth chart / overrides, tbh. I don't think many have considered that.

To me, it makes no sense they should remain visible on those because they have no contract with the team. Once they leave, they are free agents.

So, yeah, I'm more inclined to think it was a bug all along, but people were happy with it because it reminded them they'd failed to re-sign a player before they left the team.

I think I just signed all my coaches, it shows them in pending contracts now!

Did you check if the contract amounts are correct? My offers show as well but all for head coach salary, although those offers were made several days ago.
