It means the player is more than likely not going to come back as they once were. So, yeah, he can continue to sit back and pick off my top players in this regard but it only becomes more apparent as each instance transpires.

Good game Gangsters....I knew getting a sweep was unlikely, we would have to play our best game and get some breaks....this game didn't really come down to breaks or turnovers, your Gangster squad was just the better team on both sides of the ball.
