FYI, slowtospeak, GrandadB stumbled onto this loophole in NCAA-FCS and blasted me with it in a Conference Championship Game! It has been my mission, since, to figure out why this loophole exists & extinguish it.

Please, PLEASE, PLEASE, indulge me in this revelation that I SOMEHOW created this blasted monster!

Eventually I got the message that anything goes. You must have a lot of victims if you forget them.

It's the same kind of "garbage cop-out" when you do it as when somebody else does it to you. It's not really a "garbage cop-out", though; it's just another loophole.

You showed me that the way to deal with a "garbage cop-out" is to take my frustrations out on someone else, just like you did. I am merely imitating my betters. If my act is somehow offensive now, you needed to teach me more carefully. What you *do* is louder than what you *say*, even if you shout.

So heres my dumb question.....

Cant punt blocks just happen?

Why is this a deliberate attempt to use this loophole or whatever its called?

I honestly still dont get it.....if I use my best blockers and my opponent uses his best ST rushers then wheres the loophole?

I'm sorry I keep asking but I honestly dont understand what the arguement/debate is about here

Of course punt blocks can just happen, but the controversy is about a way to make them happen more often. Some people see it as a cheap stunt; to me, it was just another thing I had to learn. It had almost happened to me several times; Crazy was just the first person to succeed.

But that's my question....from my understanding it's just a matter of personal right?

It's all good.....I know my questions are annoying and I hate feeling like an idiot so I'm leaving it alone.

Until someone starts blocking my punts left and right.....I can only assume I have accidentally protected myself.

I've watched a half dozen punt blocks and other then speedy ST rushers (which everyone should be using) blowing by horrible blockers (which nobody should be using) and getting to punters with horrible punt timing (again a nono) I see nothing sketchy other then bad personal desicions
