Gangsters got lucky beating the Vandals. We return the opening kickoff for a TD and won the turnover battle 3-1 to mask the fact we were outgained by 164 yards. Tough way to lose when we're both fighting for a playoff spot and my fortune in this game may still not help me. I lose a tiebreaker with Atlanta and I'm a game behind my division leader with a worse conference record.

A open letter to all owners

First, let me say thank you to all of you for being a part of the league and making it a fun, competitive and successful league. Any league is only as good as the owners within it and in that regard we are in great shape.

With that being said, not every owner will see eye to eye or get along with every owner for a variety of reasons. I cant tell you how many times I received PMs saying the following in so many words:

"I dont like owner so and so and if he stays I'm leaving"

I dont think everyone truly appreciates how hard it is to recruit owners to fill leagues. I dont allow just anyone into any of my leagues. I only allow owners that I feel will compete to win and not destroy a francise for short term gains. Even with that said, I still have to deal with owners that leave without a word and it does get frustrating. However, I will never remove an owner who has done nothing wrong just because another owner doesnt like him. If I actually got rid of every owner that someone complained about.....I would lose half my owners and I would probably have to remove myself in some cases!

My response is always the same to these PMs....unless they have done something to damage the league and havent responded to me about what they did....I wont remove, kick out or boot any owner. If you dont like an owner for personal reasons.....beat them on the field. Does anyone seriously believe every NFL owner, GM or Head Coach likes the other 31 teams counterparts?

Finally, I can respect that an owner simply doesnt want to play in a league with a certain owner. If you feel so strongly about it, feel free to message me that you are quitting and the reason why.

In the end, we are all competing to win and nobody owning another team limits your ability as an owner to build a team and win on the field. I would think beating an owner you have personal issues with is the best way to handle that situation. None of us is open to what happened last night between Garrett and Rudolph so enjoy the game despite any owners you dont like and when you match up against them.....WIN!
