Not much to report on training camp with the rookies: 1 cut, 1 play maker who got a + so now I can factor him in and one other situation that saw a +; a player I have plans for on a small level.
I'm lucky as I could have been pitfall-ed. Hamel and Reynolds pretty much held firm and didn't bottom drop out.
But this is going to be hard as **** to survive this season.
R1 Plus 2 I'll take it. R2 Bust small R3 No pick R4 Bust big R5 Plus 1it's round 5. Good back up.

Limited draft class this time, but I still did OK.
3.29 MLB Jeffrey Francois Vol 30 +4/-2 Now 39/65
He was necessary because of the sudden, sad departure of Kurt Everett. He will be a placeholder until I find an adequate replacement. Then he will be depth.
5.22 SLB Gerald Jameson Vol 72 +4/+4 Now 33/65
He will switch to WLB when Jimmy Stephens hangs it up. I was very lucky to get this guy where I did.
5.29 FS Maurice Mathers Vol 26 +3/+1 Now 31/59
I need a replacement for George Gomez when he walks. He might not be up to the job, but he's better than nothing.
6.29 CB Clarence Lipe Vol 22 +3/+1 Now 29/47
I was hoping against hope that he would get better at covering people. Now that I can't block punts, he won't be very useful.
7.29 SLB Ernesto Teal Vol 32 +6/-1 Now 31/48
He was made superfluous by the emergence of Jameson. Though he's fast and getting faster, he's not much else.
Considering what I had to work with, getting a starter and some depth is not a bad haul.
Alright, alright. Preseason Game #1 wasn't too kind in a way, which lets me know what's at stake. Switches from a Podcast to Pac. #revenge-for-robert-carter
