Im guilty of not paying enough attention to the spec teams rushers in game review and planning, I just plain missed it, as there were no blocks or near blocks in the games where the injuries to my DL caused openings on both the spec teams and overide.
This is just not true...In 18 punts in 3 playoff games, I count 12 near blocks (each below) plus a blocked punt.

I made the mistake of thinking that the overide protected against the use of wr/rb/db on the DL rushing line, well, it obviously didnt. It was my mistake, Ive apologized for it and will ensure that it does not happen on any of my existing teams and future ones. U use rb/wr for blocking on the wings, which is why they were on both the regular rush list and the overide.
This makes zero sense to me. What are you overriding?

The front four on the defense during punt returns comes from ST RUSHER. Everyone else including the wings comes from the GUNNERS. So you either have WR/RB on the ST RUSHER depth chart which is illegal or you are using overrides to put WR/RB on the front four. Everybody used RB/WR/DB on the 4 wings absolutely but they all come from the GUNNER depth chart.
I may not be the only one who has had this happen in this league, mine was real bad due to the number of DL spots that were open due to injury and Im not sure whether or not the overide just went up the list of existing players on the overide or selected on its own.
This happened because you had WR/RB as ST RUSHER #6-#11 on your depth chart which is against the rules for this exact reason.
RULE #1 PUNT BLOCKS
Only players weighting 255 lbs may play ST RUSHER in the depth chart. Injury/depth exception. Anyone under 255 used at ST rusher must be under 80 speed.
So, Ive learned from it, enjoyed the season with the Zecks, was surprised they made it to the CC with the injuries to starters, and its too bad that a great game was wrecked by an oversight mistake.
I appreciate the remorse and apology but this wasn't 1 WR sneaking into the front four due to a weird situation. This was 3 WR/RB on the front four because your ST RUSHER depth chart was loaded with illegal players.
