Agreed. That was the measuring stick match-up. You knew how good your gameplan was if you could just limit holly >=7a qtr and put up a couple. Undoubtedly I would always lose.

In this league though there was no void when holly left because there are many other formidable opponents here

Another Divisional game with huge implications for who wins the division. Saint Paul controls thier own destiny and if they win out, the division title is theirs. Gem City makes the playoffs if they win out but need a Montana lose to win the division.

Atlanta

Carolina

This is another division game where Atlanta is 2 games behind with 3 games to play but this is the first of 2 games remaining versus Carolina. If Carolina wins this game, they elimate Atlanta and are in the driver's seat to win the division. A Carolina win coupled with a Tampa Bay lose wins them the division. If Atlanta wins this game, things tighten up even more in this division and a week 16 rematch looms large.

Texas Hold'em

Texas needs a win coupled with either a Toronto or Pittsburgh lose to secure a playoff spot. New York is an extreme Longshot to make the playoffs but the only way they make it is to win out so a lose here and they are Eliminated.

Dakota still has a chance to get the #1 seed but they need to win out and have Buffalo lose. A win here and they win thier division. Michigan is still alive for the playoffs but every scenario for them getting in starts with them winning out so a lose here elimates them.

Oakland can win the division with a win here coupled with a Vancouver lose where they would be either the #3 or #4 seed. Pittsburgh needs to win to keep pace in thier division and the Wildcard race. A Pittsburgh win and a Toronto win puts both teams plus Houston into a 3 team tie at 9-4-1 in the AXC North division. A Pittsburg win and a Houston win puts Pittsburgh into the #6 seed with 2 games remaining.

Vancouver Vandals

Vancouver's playoffs have begun as they need to win out and get help to make the playoffs. Vancouver will be routing for Pittsburgh to beat Oakland because if they win they will be 1/2 game back with 2 games to play. Vancouver has a decent shot to win out as they should be favorites in their last 3 games and have won 2 in a row.

Tampa Bay Fireballs

Tampa is 1 game behind Carolina for the NXC South division title. They need to win and hope Atlanta beats Carolina which puts them into a tie with Carolina with 2 games remaining. If Tampa Bay loses and Carolina beats Atlanta then they are Eliminated. Seattle is still alive but they need to win out to have a chance and a lose eliminates them.

Good game Houston. Don't think my squad should have been playing for the division lead in week 14 anyway, but our showdowns are always entertaining.

Miami. Feeling too docile. Coffee and Pac needed to whip into a frenzy.

Miami is pretty clean. I guess I can make my motivation tearing their somewhat injured defensive line asunder. :(*

thanks but I'm sure it isn't even close too being assured. I recognize a lot of names in this league and most of them are good. Hopefully and I think it's true that many that I haven't competed against in quite awhile will not recognize the old MoonPygg
