I'll stick it out/see it through.

Reason I left Legends is free agency was heavily protected, nothing allowed to hit the market + he was mean to me.

You really sold the farm for a CB, Smirt

Smirt treats his draft picks like the LA Rams do irl.

Honestly with the mostly crappy draft classes given to us, I don't blame him for trading them away.

Yeah DBs are few and far between. I also traded a lot for a quality CB this past offseason

It's a few things:

a) CJ put me onto doing this. I never used to trade. Picking 30-32 and not much there vs. known commodity. (see CB above)

b) Draft classes don't want to offer low volatility WRs or CBs. I don't want to take a high vol, miss and be out the pick.

c) I get everyone's best shot every game and need to be at my best. I can't bring along rookies. I'm a user that can't hide. lol

d) Which most already know, I power shot free agency for all the aforementioned reasons.

e) I have to entice with mega offers to make the other guy pull the trigger.

Yeah, recently in all my leagues I’ve been trading away my high picks for proven talent. I’ve taken a win-now approach in all leagues and it seems to be paying off rather than waiting on draft picks.

Current daily thing I'm dealing with. A person with a hard-on for me, trying to throw me off my game by putting me on blast.

I block it out.

Blondie, it's an excellent but dangerous strategy. Tight rope act and a belief in yourself.
