It seems Dallas was short 2 players and he had no cap space to sign any players so the AI basically cut all his players but 2 and signed a bunch of low quality players to minimum contracts.

I'm asking all owners to not put any waiver claims in during the next sim so Dallas can claim all his players back. We need every owner to cooperate or not only will Dallas be ruined and the integrity of the league will be compromised but we will also lose an owner.
