Looking for a decent QB. I did make an offer to an owner but withdrew it to see if I could get some other fish to bite first. He only needs to be serviceable (to my specifications) doesn't have to be a stud. Although I'm willing to pay higher for a star. If nothing else comes of it I'll resend the offer that I withdrew as long as other owner isn't sore at me for withdrawing said offer. Thanks all.
