It has been a busy day for the Dominators! Atlantans everywhere are just catching their breaths again after GM Bruno traded for THREE extra second round picks in this draft!
The start of the offseason saw the Dominators wave goodbye to many terrible, old, bad contract players as well as WR William Dodge. They added RT Robert Epps and K Doyle Allen through FA, as well as trading for P Leonard Israel.
However, it was in the draft where the team saw an incredible amount of hustle and bustle!
At pick number 6, WR Richard Morillo was taken, giving Michael Cerone another weapon in the passing game.
At pick number 19, Hiram Lund was taken, adding another piece to an incredibly weak Atlanta defense.
The second round saw numerous moves and resulted in the following players being drafted:
2.6 MLB Timothy Banks
2.20 LG Terry Buckles
2.22 DT Lazaro Gibson
2.25 CB Mark Brian
2.27 SS James Collins
The focus has primarily been on defense this go-around, we will see how it pans out in training camp!
