Richard Gray was the number one overall pick in the 2021 draft by the Memphis Maniacs out of Southern Mississippi. He became a playmaker and was known for having a nose for the endzone. His 74 TD receptions finished him 2nd alltime in the XFL behind only Hall of Famer Bert Reynolds. He also finished 7th alltime in receiving yards with 7854 yards. At the time of his retirement, he led the Memphis francise in receptions, receiving yards, TD receptions, total yards and total TDs. He was elected to the Hall of Fame on the first ballot.

Stanley Lowenstein was drafted out of Florida with the 8th pick of the 2019 draft by the Miami Nemesis. This hard hitting safety was a tackling machine in his career amassing 933 tackles and 22 forced fumbles which both are 5th alltime in XFL history. Despite his willingness to tackle, he also knew how to cover where he had 90 knockdowns, 12 interceptions and a 45.5% catch allowed percentage on 561 passes defensed. He was elected to the Hall of Fame on the first ballot and his durability was a major factor. In 180 games played, he had 13,124 plays which is 5th alltime in XFL history for a defensive back.

Leroy Lukens was drafted in the 5th round of the leagues allocation draft out of Southern Methodist by the Dakota Blizzard. He was a mainstay at the center of the offensive line for a team that made 6 XFL Championship games in his 11 seasons with Dakota. A starter from day one, he played 166 games in his career including 160 starts. He only allowed 7 sacks in his career on 8006 passing plays which is an amazing 0.09%. He also played 27 postseason games which is 3rd alltime, all starts which is 1st alltime. His 2,118 postseason plays ranks 2nd alltime in XFL history. He made the Hall of Fame on the first ballot.

Cornelius Gill was drafted by Kansas City in the first round of the leagues allocation draft out of Moorehead State. He was a versatile playmaker that had 5907 rushing yards and 3486 receiving yards on offense but it was his return abilities that made him special. He finished 2nd alltime in kick off return yards (4473) and 1st alltime in punt return yards (2664). His 6 combined return touchdowns (4 KO/2 P) rank him 4th alltime. When you add it all up, he finished with 16,566 total yards which ranks 3rd alltime in XFL history. He made the Hall of Fame on his second year on the ballot with a unanimous vote.

Charles Torres was drafted in the 7th round of the leagues allocation draft by the Toronto francise (then Cleveland) out of Texas State. He played 3 seasons with the then Cleveland francise before former owner Tman0115 cut him in the preseason of 2021. Dakota's owner swooped in and claimed him and in six seasons with the team, Torres made 4 XFL Title games. He became a triple threat player totaling 14,309 yards (7th alltime) and 63 TDs (11th alltime) on combined rushing, receiving and return yardage. In 14 postseason games, he totaled 1565 yards and 7 TDs which are both 4th alltime in XFL postseason history. He finished with 7 return TDs (2nd alltime) and added another in the postseason. He made the Hall of Fame on his fourth year on the ballot.
