Frank Hamel was drafted in the 4th round of the leagues allocation draft by the Vegas Black Aces out of Mississippi State. Despite 2 solid seasons with Vegas, he was allowed to test free agency in 2020 where he signed a mega-deal with Buffalo before ending his career with a season in both Washington and Kansas City. He is considered by most as one of the best cover corners ever to play the game with his 215 knockdowns ranked 4th Alltime and his 45.8 catch allowed percentage on 1,058 passes defended is 4th Alltime for anyone with a minimum of 800 passes defended. He is without a doubt the greatest ball hawk in XFL history considering his 84 career interceptions are the leagues record by an astounding 20. He was elected to the Hall of Fame unanimously on his first time appearing on the ballot and is the 2nd defensive back and the 1st CB elected into the Hall.

Jorge Shimizu was drafted in the 3rd round of the leagues allocation draft by Kansas City out of Austin College. He played 7 seasons with Kansas City and was traded to Daytona where he played 6 seasons before signing with Kansas City where he played his last season. He is considered one of the greatest pass rushers in league history where his 63 sacks is 9th Alltime and his 240 hurries is the leagues best but he was a complete defensive end that prided himself on sealing the edge against the run. His 663 tackles is 2nd Alltime among defensive ends. He may best be described as a relentless player with a high motor based off his 14,737 snaps played in his career which is the 2nd most played in league history.

Alonzo Galvan was drafted in the 1st round of the 2020 draft by the Philadelphia Slayers out of Wisconsin and played his entire career for the francise. He joins Frank Hamel in the Hall as a dominate cover corner who earned the nickname "Mr. Pick 6" because his 6 interceptions returned for a touchdown are a league record as part of 58 career interceptions which is 3rd Alltime while his 453 interception return yards is 2nd only to fellow inductee Hamel. He was elected to the Hall of Fame on his first ballot unanimously.

Michael Keiper was an undrafted free agent in 2018 who was originally signed by Vegas out of Miami. He was released and picked up by Atlanta where he played just 2 games before being released prior to the 2019 season where he finally found a home with Dakota. He would earn the nickname "Money" as he helped Dakota to 5 title games and 2 XFL Championships. His 413 fieldgoals are a league record and his 636 extra points are the most by 294. His 1,875 career points in a league record by 311. He is also the Alltime leader in postseason FGs (51), XPs 58 and points (211). He was elected to the Hall of Fame on his first ballot. He is the 2nd kicker elected into the Hall but clearly the #1 kicker.

Alexander Hopson was drafted in the 1st round of the 2021 draft by Carolina out of Grand Valley State. Despite playing just 9 seasons due to a serious neck injury, he finds himself being elected along with Frank Hamel and Alonzo Galvan to round out the Hall of Fames defensive backs. His 50 interceptions ranks him 5th Alltime but based on interceptions per game, he falls right between the two other inductees Hamel (.41/game) Galvan (.32/game) Hopson (.4/game). He was elected to the Hall of Fame on his 3rd year on the ballot.

Richard Pinto was drafted in the 2nd round of the 2019 draft by Arizona out of Notre Dame. He played his entire career as a starter with Arizona before signing with Zehlendorf in 2031 to be the backup. He is just 1 of 10 quarterbacks to have won a XFL Championship and the 3rd quarterback to be elected into the Hall of Fame. His 34,056 yards passing is 7th Alltime and his 245 TD passes is 4th Alltime while he has 2,228 yards passing in the postseason which is 8th Alltime. He was elected into the Hall of Fame on his 1st ballot.
