2042 INDUCTEESWR Derek Looney
Dakota Blizzard12 seasons
2036 & 2037 XFL Champ
2031 & 2039 AXC Conference Champ
2031 & 2037 ALLPRO
He was drafted in the 1st round of the 2030 draft with the 28th pick by the Dakota Blizzard out of Towson State University. This was the breakdown, immediately following the selection: "With Randal Cunningham nearing the end of a Hall of Fame career, Dakota selects this undersized wide reciever from a small school with incredible speed and quickness. If he develops enough in camp, he could help Cunningham add to his career stats while making 1 final push for another title." He developed to become the greatest wide receiver in XFL history finishing 1st Alltime in receiving yards and TD receptions while ending 3rd Alltime in receptions. In the postseason, he finished 1st in all three receiving stats giving him the receiving triple crown in the postseason. Despite only being a wide reciever his entire career, he finished 7th Alltime in Total yards and 1st Alltime in Total TDs. He had 8 straight seasons with at least 1,200 yards receiving and 12 TD receptions and holds the record for TD receptions in a season with 30. He was elected unanimously on the 1st ballot into the Hall of Fame where he becomes the 11th wide receiver enshrined. He is the 8th Dakota Blizzard to enter the Hall which ties Buffalo for the most and joins former teammate and fellow Hall of Famer QB Randal Cunningham. In 2031, Cunningham & Looney combined for the best QB-WR season in XFL history where Cunningham threw for a league record 7,618 yards and 87 TD passes and Looney had 2,864 yards receiving (2nd Alltime) and a league record 30 TD receptions.
C Johnny Werth
Miami Nemisis2035 & 2036 XFL Champion
18 seasons
Miami (8)
Vancouver (5)
Buffalo (5)
Dakota (1)
He was drafted in the 1st round of the 2023 draft with the 24th pick by Miami out of Arizona. This was the breakdown, immediately following the selection: "The top rated center in the draft, Werth was an all american at Arizona. At 6'2" and 279 lbs, he combined great strength with quick feet and a high football IQ to dominate at the college level. Already an accomplished road grater, he has the potential to become great at pass blocking and projects as a possible All-Pro center. While he never was selected an ALLPRO, he did play 18 seasons with four different teams and helped two different teams win XFL Titles in back to back seasons (Buffalo 2035/Dakota 2036). He was a dominate force at the center of the offensive line for nearly two decades and finished his career, 4th in total plays, 2nd in pass blocks and 2nd in run blocks. He was known for his durability and availability as he played double digit games in 17 of his 18 seasons and played at least 600 snaps in the same 17 of 18 seasons. He was elected to the Hall of Fame on his 2nd year on the ballot becoming the 5th Center and 3rd Miami player enshrined.
CB Steve Davis
Los Angeles Challengers13 seasons
Los Angeles (9)
Cincinnati (4)
He was drafted with the 8th pick of the 2nd round in the 2027 draft by Los Angeles. He became a reliable defensive back for the next 13 seasons where he missed just 1 game his entire career and ended up playing in 207 games which landed him 8th Alltime among defensive backs. He became known for his hard hitting style where he finished 22nd Alltime in tackles and 5th Alltime in forced fumbles. He could also cover where he finished 6th Alltime in passes defended, 3rd alltime in knockdowns with 35 career interceptions including 3 pick 6s which ranks him 8th Alltime. He was elected into the Hall on his 3rd ballot becoming the 7th CB and the 1st player from the Los Angeles Challengers enshrined.
LG Leroy Braxton
Providence Islanders15 seasons
Providence (9)
Seattle (4)
Houston (2)
He was drafted with the 23rd pick of the 1st round by Providence in 2027 out of Northwest where he played center. This was the post-draft reaction immediately after the selection: "Although he played center in college, scouts think he should bulk up and use his top end blocking skills at LG. While he can play center, scouts question his snapping skills translating to the pro game." Not only did he make the transition to LG but 15 seasons later he becomes a 1st ballot Hall of Famer. He played double digit games in 14 of his 15 seasons where he finished 4th Alltime in run blocks and 8th Alltime in pass blocks. He becomes just the 2nd LG and just the 5th non-center offensive lineman enshrined plus just the 2nd player for Providence to get elected into the Hall of Fame.
TE Tommy Navas
Kansas City Chaos10 seasons
Kansas City (9)
Los Angeles (1)
2030, 2032, 2033, 2035 & 2037 ALLPRO
He was selected with the 24th pick of the 1st round in the 2028 draft by Kansas City out of Missouri. The post-draft analysis said: "Navas is a very intriguing pick. He has the ball handling skills to transition to FB and even a possibility he can drop enough weight to become a feature back. He could be a threat at TE, FB or RB depending on what the team needs." He remained a Tight End where he would be selected to 5 Allpros in 8 seasons and he would finish in the top 10 among TEs in receptions (4th) receiving yards (3rd) and TD receptions (9th). He was the complete package at TE and finished 5th Alltime among TEs in run blocks with 4,328. He was elected to the Hall of Fame on his 5th and final ballot but he is an example of someone who only played 10 seasons but made 5 Allpros in that time, proving he was the best at his position during that decade. He becomes just the 4th TE and Kansas City player enshrined.
