2043 INDUCTEES

CB Rick Henry
Buffalo Skull Crushers

12 seasons
2035 & 2036 XFL Champ
2040 & 2041 AXC Conference Champ
2033, 2036 & 2038 ALLPRO
Buffalo (8)
Philadelphia (4)

He was drafted in the 6th round/pick #30 of the 2031 draft out of Eastern Kentucky by Philadelphia. He played 4 seasons with the team before he hit free agency and signed a mega-deal with Buffalo. He spent 8 seasons with Buffalo and became the Alltime leader with 88 career interceptions. He would also finish 13th in knockdowns (230), 8th in pick 6s (3), 13th in postseason tackles (92), 1st in postseason knockdowns (37) and 3rd in postseason interceptions (8). That gives him 96 total interceptions. He holds the single season record for interceptions (13) along with 2034 Hall of Famer Michael English (DAK) and is the only defensive back with 3 seasons with double digit interceptions. He finished his career with a 43.4 catch allowed percentage on 976 passes defended which is 13th most in XFL history. He becomes the 1st non-kicker drafted in the 6th round of the draft to make the Hall of Fame and he does it unanimously on his 1st ballot. He becomes the 9th player from Buffalo elected into the Hall of Fame which is the 2nd most from any team.

RB Barry Williams
Dakota Blizzard

2037 & 2038 XFL Champ
2028, 2031 & 2039 AXC Conference Champ
2030 & 2031 ALLPRO
14 seasons
Dakota (13)
Michigan (1)

Amazingly, he was drafted in the 7th round of the 2028 draft with the 28th pick in that round out of Florida by Dakota. He would spent the next 13 years with the team where he would amass 9,061 yards rushing (5th Alltime) and 9,054 yards receiving (9th Alltime) in his career. He is the only player to reach 9,000 yards in both categories where only 5 other rushers & 8 other receivers have reached 9,000 alone in either. His 18,119 Total yards ranks him 3rd Alltime in XFL history behind only Hall of Famers Bert Reynolds (BUF) & Alberto Brooks (OAK). He also finished with 49 rushing TDs (2nd Alltime), 81 TD receptions (9th Alltime) and 130 Total TDs (4th Alltime). Their are 7 major offensive statistical categories in the regular season plus 7 more in the postseason. Barry Williams ended his career in the top 10 in 13 of those 14 categories. The only category he didn't finish in the top 10 was postseason TD receptions where he finished ranked 20th with 5. He becomes the first non-kicker drafted in the 7th round of a regular draft to get elected to the Hall of Fame and he did it unanimously on his first ballot. He becomes the 10th player from Dakota elected into the Hall of Fame which is the most by any team.

RB James Shutts
Montana Grizzlies

11 seasons

He was drafted with the 3rd overall pick of the 2032 draft out of Carleton College by Montana. It was Hall of Fame RB Martin Gomez last season with the team who retired as the Alltime Rushing King. 10 seasons later and James Shutts was crowned the Alltime Rushing King as he became the first back to eclipse 10,000 yards rushing in his career. He finished with 11,217 yards rushing and sits 1,116 yards ahead of Bradley Pickett who remains active with Toronto in his 10th season. He also finished 5th Alltime in rushing TDs (46), 6th Alltime in receptions (754) and 6th Alltime in Total yards (17,201). He had 7 seasons with at least 1,000 yards rushing and 10 seasons with at 800 yards rushing. Nobody has ever rushed the ball more then Shutts who finished with 2,510 rushing attempts. He was consistent, not flashy and never had a top 10 rushing season but he finished his career with an amazing 4.5 yards/Rush average. He is the 4th player elected into the Hall of Fame for Montana and he did it unanimously on his 1st ballot.

DT Don Villanueva
Philadelphia Slayers

2028 XFL Champ
13 seasons
Philadelphia (9)
Seattle (3)
Carolina (1)

He was drafted in the 2nd round of the 2027 draft out of Iowa State by Philadelphia. He played the majority of his career in Philadelphia where he played nose tackle. It's not a glamorous position with outstanding statistical numbers but Villanueva excelled at the position. He stuffed the run plus added a pass rush element to his game where he finished with 45 career sacks & 90 career hurries which rank 5th & 10th Alltime among DTs respectively. He is only the 2nd player from Philadelphia to get elected into the Hall of Fame. He made it on the 4th year on the ballot and joins DT Charles Baker as just the 2nd DT enshrined.

QB Kenneth Powers
Saint Paul Punishers

2035,2036,2037 NXC Conference Champ
2037 MVP
2037 ALLPRO
13 seasons
Saint Paul (12)
Providence (1)

He was drafted in the 2nd round of the 2029 out of Southern Methodist by Saint Paul. He spent 12 seasons with the Punishers and led them to 4 straight NXC Conference Championship games winning 3 straight NXC Conference Championships but was never able to win the big game. He finished his career in the top ten in passing yards and passing TDs in both the regular season & postseason. He finished with 45,445 passing yards (8th Alltime), 340 TD passes (5th Alltime), 5,298 postseason passing yards (3rd Alltime) and 43 postseason TD passes (2nd Alltime). He becomes the 9th quarterback enshrined and second QB from Saint Paul elected, joining QB Matthew Peasley who was enshrined in 2033. He was elected on his 2nd ballot and becomes the 3rd Saint Paul player to enter the Hall.
