31 teams will be looking to supplant Vegas and finish their own Championship story!

We remain full and free agency is limited so the draft and trades may play a major factor in deciding the 2041 Champion!

News & Notes

RUSHING
We have a new single season rushing record and quietly RB James Shutts has amassed 9,321 yards rushing and is just 266 yards away from becoming the ALLTIME rushing King!

Shutts played his entire career with Montana but now finds himself a free agent. Will a team sign him and play him enough to break the record?

DEFENSE
Barring a trade, the Dakota Blizzard will enter 2041 for the ALLTIME sack king on one edge and the #2 ALLTIME sack player on the opposite edge.

LDE Damon Todd 84 sacks
RDE William Strong 83 sacks

CB Harold Pinto became the ALLTIME knockdown king breaking the 300 plateau for his career with 313.

TEAM
Philadelphia set the single season team rushing record in 2040, averaging 245.3 yards per game. That's 3,925 yards rushing as a team for the season.

This free agency crop is brutal

Might not be available to make my first round picks. Probably will be looking to move out of the first round for future picks

A full league of attentive owners who re sign their own will cause this. Like most everyone, I'm looking for 5th year players with skills but sometimes you have to go the veteran route to fill holes.

Or in my case, keep your money for next season.

Oh yes, I get it. I just feel there’s usually 3-5 top tier players available to sign. Sometimes you need to accept it’ll be an off year.

Even though the player base is going down, those who are left are much more dedicated. I haven't seen a good FA class in a while unless there were several AI owned teams. Personally, I think it's going to become the new norm where FA gives you either stopgap players or players with warts

Year 9 & 10 players are the new year 5 players in free agency. Too expensive for original teams to keep but cheap enough to sign and play a roll!
