10%, do I get screwed?

Based on recent history that 10% might as well be 90%. Hmm, no position switch to save me. Wonderful.

Ever since I attempted to test the new UI, I have lost the ability to see this forum when I go back to the old format. All the other ones work tho. Haven’t tried to do any game planning on the new setup, is it fully functional yet?

Anyway, I knew my only chance was to hope for a close game, because once you step in the quicksand, every following move just makes things worse. Knew I’d be seeing different things, the gameplan certainly didn’t work to perfection, but somehow the slow guys I tried to bury in substitutions really came through with the biggest plays. Better lucky than good I guess, GG smirt, I’m sure you’ll get me next time.

POSTSEASON IS ALL ABOUT LUCK

The last 10 seasons, here are the top regular season winners (francise/owner) and their postseason success!!

Phoenix (Armoredgiraffe) 141 wins
Providence (Brxnivy) 126 wins
Philadelphia (Waitwut) 114 wins
Buffalo (Smirt211) 113 wins
Dakota (Cjfred68) 110 wins

Zero Conference Championships & zero XFL Titles!!!

Gameplanning can win a regular season game but it takes luck plus gameplanning to make a postseason run considering the fact their are no such thing as an easy win in the postseason.

The last 3 seasons have seen 6 different teams make the Title game and 9 different teams the last 7 Title games with only Atlanta (4) & Cincinnati (2) having multiple appearances.

I hope you are not suddenly forgetting the chokehold Atlanta had on the title with 2 different owners? Dynasties don’t just happen if it’s all pure luck…

Luck is the only possible explanation for 8 straight Titles since the league is loaded with elite owners.

Phoenix (AG) has averaged 14 wins a season the last 10 seasons and have never won a Conference championship let alone a XFL Title. That is unexplainable in such a large sample size

It is very hard. Engine pokes and prods to find any opening. Man QB Spy is my handicap. I had a fortress of protection rules. Based on the elite running from the set, I was 26 seconds away from that play being the f out of there and Quarter coverage ending the game. Bad luck I cannot work with man cover 1, shut down the run and got nailed 26 secs away that pos play cost me yet again.

No excuses, it's embarrassing for me that I haven't broken through a title let alone to the big game, but I have not watched games in over a year. I'm hoping to find another new job to have more time for MFN watching and game planning but mostly more time for myself in general.

Again no excuses, in my losses I have been the lesser owner which is my point. It takes work to make it to the top and even more work to stay there, let alone make a title game and to win the whole thing!

Good luck to both teams, and to everyone else watching from the sidelines like me!!

Win or lose, just glad to be here! So many seasons you wonder if you should be in a league with
so many great owners! Being at this point, even if this is the only time, tells me yes!
