Will a -3/+3 affect any 75% threshold for a player?

I don't recall the parameters but I think we're dealing with 75%.

Need 24 out of 32 votes to get in...as of now only 1 player is in with only 3 others possible to make it.

Ouch, that's crazy. I'd have to double back to the ballot but Kirk's 100% definite and that's 1 right off the bat.

2 owners entered ballots voting for nobody but 3 to 4 will make it and I'm fine with that.

I have found similar ballots in USFL voting, where it's clear the person took almost no time at all.

Yeah yeah yeah nods That basketball league I mentioned earlier in the thread had the guy running it mad as **** from this.

People submitting with no thought just to clear it out/be done with it.
