A simple formula for the preseason rankings. I take what rank you finished last season and assign 32 points for 1st, 31 for 2nd all the way down to 1 point for 32nd.

Then using my player weights, give each team points based on players potential.

100 = 10
90-99 = 5
80-89 = 3
70-79 = 1

Add all that up and that is your ranking. It ain't perfect but just a starting point and the games will sort it all out.
