@smirt - ouch, that hurts. When a win is a loss.
@cjfred - appreciate you "keeping the lights on in your leagues" despite you not enjoying things anymore.
2 weeks in Hawaii may have had something to do with my non interest in gameplanning along with everyone putting their fastest player on the line to block punts.
I played a game against Michael77 in another league and without punt blocks....I had less then a 50/50 chance of winning anyway but he blocked my first 4 punts of the game and I lost like 51-10.
In the NFL, if you get a punt blocked, I'm sure some adjustments would be made and at the very least if the first 2 punts get blocked....you may consider just going for it on 4th down.
Definately after the first 3 punt blocks...I think something drastic would happen....like maybe 3 300 pound offensive lineman would hurt the 180 pound defensive back maliciously.
After the fourth straight punt block....just give the guy a bust in the hall of fame because he is unstoppable.
I'm glad quarterbacks are subject to injury, hopefully punters and kickers get the injury bug too so this game becomes more realistic in some way
