The Buffalo Skull Crushers secured a decisive 25-3 victory over the Dakota Blizzard on October 15 at home. With the win, Buffalo improves to 6-1 and maintains its lead atop the division. The Dakota Blizzard fall to 2-5 after their third consecutive loss.

Buffalo's offense was led by an effective rushing attack, amassing 362 yards on 58 carries. Wide receiver Greg Hall contributed significantly with 187 rushing yards and a touchdown. Dennis Charles added 81 rushing yards, 9 receiving yards, and a receiving touchdown. James Butler recorded 37 receiving yards and one rushing touchdown, while James Crawford added 24 rushing yards and a receiving touchdown.

The Skull Crushers scored first in the first quarter when quarterback James Miller connected with James Butler for a 4-yard touchdown, with Buffalo leading 6-0. This was followed by a second-quarter rushing touchdown by Greg Hall from 2 yards out, extending the lead to 12-0. Buffalo capped the half with Dennis Charles' 3-yard rushing touchdown, pushing the score to 18-0.

Despite several opportunities, Buffalo's passing game remained limited with just 7 completions on 16 attempts for 77 yards and one touchdown. The team did not attempt a field goal and had no recorded third-down conversions or red zone visits,

Buffalo’s defense forced several turnovers, including a fumble recovery by Robert Cortez, which helped maintain control. The defense limited Dakota's offense to 33 rushing yards on 14 carries and 132 passing yards on 29 attempts with no touchdowns. Dakota was also penalized twice for 12 yards and were unable to convert on third downs.

The Dakota Blizzard managed only one scoring play late in the fourth quarter when kicker Michael Cohen converted a 46-yard field goal. Their offense struggled to sustain drives and was held without a touchdown.

Special teams played a significant role throughout the game, with Buffalo’s punter Clayton Klein executing several effective punts, pinning Dakota deep in their territory and limiting the Blizzard's offensive chances.

Buffalo's starting wide receiver Harry Grissom was injured on an early scoring play but was reported to be expected to return. His injury did not hamper Buffalo's offensive dominance. Dakota's defense recorded two forced fumbles, credited to Sean Hayner and Jason Brantley, but they could not capitalize.
