Plenty of owners just wanna shot to make the playoffs in week 16. The trade off to 1 bye is an extra playoff team which 90% of owners probably enjoy.

Since 2028 (11 seasons) Smirt has been the #1 seed 9 times! If anything the 1 bye system has been a positive to him.

In other news, in those 11 years, the #1 seed has won 6 Titles with seed 2, 4 (×2), 5, 6 winning Titles.

I miss the Baltimore Colts but those days are over....now I'm a Raven fan and I've watched them win 2 Superbowls.

I miss 4.5, passing and being in my 20s but I'm 54, we play version 4.6 and passing sucks.

There is 1 bye because tge NFL made it so they could add a playoff team. I miss when the Seahawks played in the AFC West but change happens....adapt!!!
