I need to emphasize CJ's league has no rules, so it's technically not an exploit. They do it to show specifically that the speed/weight issue has not been fixed as claimed.
While there may not be much discrepancy between weight for RB and WR, the rule is in place because that's what most people wanted. I get you don't like the rule and I hope you voted in the poll.
We have a lot of owners who have been around a long time, and perhaps they want to simply have 1 league where nobody uses light weight jack rabbits at RB.
IMO, an exploit is anything that takes advantage of a logic hole in the engine, whether or not it's technically "legal." If there is a rule against it, that means somebody (specifically the admin) has thought of it already. Absent that, you might be doing a creative exploit, but still an exploit.
The old punt block exploit took advantage of the engine at a particular point in time. The runner/receiver exploit (and it IS an exploit) overemphasizes raw speed, as opposed to anything else a running back might do. The "speedy defender" exploit depends on a defender being able to use speed to overcome any other deficits he might have.
We don't need a rule for every single thing somebody might do. We just need to be grownups, for cryin' out loud.

v4.6 = JDB's deviously hatched plan to take away our fun and enjoyment while neutralizing passing effectiveness to NIL and he would have gotten away with it if it wasn't for us meddling kids.
v4.6 was supposed to forever live in a 100-200 passing yards per game output world therefore JDB.... "You get what you give." :) aka Ima find a way to not lose to him.

Man, I just can’t get over the hump against you or CJ. I’ve gotten close but no cigar. Proud of my defense but turnovers did me in. Back to the drawing board.
Good game STS/Carolina, good luck going forward. Gangsters started off with a bang before we started handing out turnovers. Pretty tough to win giving the ball away 5 times.
