I've had to shed a lot of good players the last three years and three or four more next year but we've grown a new skin and should be okay. A few weak spots in the near future at qb rb and secondary but nothing unfixable eventually while the team gets younger. This was a very strong team on paper when I took over but was short-staffed, old and expensive with a very crappy kicker and no wiggle room at all on acquiring a new one that first year. A fun team so far. My guess is another team around .500 this year but could surprise either way.
