Every team must have a QB, Punter and KICKER active and playing during all regular season games.

An ACTUAL QB, P and K rated at least 60 overall by default weights....taking a LG and converting him to QB, P or K won't achieve this. There are more then enough at all 3 positions for every team to have 2 of each rated 60 or better by default player weights.

4.6 doesn't need punt block rules or position/weight restrictions....those exploits have been fixed and if anything occurs to change that...New rules will be added. Everyone must have a real punter so there is no reason to believe punt blocks will become a problem....remember punt blocks are an actual part of football...the rule was created because it was too overpowered in 4.5.

I hope this brings an end to the league rules questions!

The 2038 Hall of Fame class has been released....only 3 players got elected in this year making it the smallest class ever....also no unanimous selections or 1st ballot selections either.

The off-season is nearing a close and the 21st season of the XFL will start a new era as we transition to version 4.6

I expect alltime passing and receiving numbers won't be challenged in this version but Rushing and sack records will fall going forward.

We got 3 inducted, nice. I noticed when going through the selections that it was picked clean. We're really knockin' em back and getting the right guys into the Hall of Fame. I purposely got bids in on some final ballot players. Hopefully that helped...

I'm logging in under my CJTEMPFIX account to fix Miami who was left -80 million under the cap.

Once I fix it...I will be dropping the team before the regular season.

I hope CJTEMPFIX as the owner name is explanation enough but just so there is 100% transparency I'm posting this.
