Looks like Fielding outplayed Drew Lock after the trade while FS Isaacs got 2 picks, 3 tackles and defensive player of the week honors.

Fielding went 11/15 for 98 yards and 1 TD, no INTs in the first half. Lock comes in the second and throws an INT his second pass attempt. Lock had 3 total turnovers.

Can’t make this up. It might be cutsville for him after preseason.

If you cut Lock you can pick up Houpt and put him on the trade block. Make a killing off that kicker!

It's hard to judge a QB who comes in for just the second half. The game engine screws cold QBs and you see this often in the preseason. I would suggest either letting each QB play an entire game, or let Lock start next game and have Fielding come in late.

That’s a fair point, but Lock threw 2 INTs when starting preseason game 1 also. This was a trend for him the entirety of last season. I might give him one more shot this last preseason game.

I haven't been following too closely, if Lock has had his shot and already blown it, might as well roll with the new guy until he starts playing like Lock.

Lock gave me one great season after I picked him up in free agency. Since then, he’s hit a wall. He was sensational for Holly’s Zecken team when he was in his prime. At this point, he’s flat out costing my team games. I don’t run an offense, especially in 4.6, that can make up for his turnovers.

What happened to Holly? Played with him a few years ago at Red Zone and he was highly competitive.

Yep played with him in a couple of leagues. Guy was a master of the simplified game plan.
