Head coach Ronald McGlone has been the Blizzard's head coach since 2026, going 177-43 including the playoffs in his 12 seasons. He has led the team to 2 XFL Championships (2026/2037) and 2 AXC Conference Championships (2028/2031).

He has seen the retirement of QB Randal Cunningham plus the subsequent change to QB Jason Matson winning a Title with both QBs.

He was instrumental in drafting QB Robert Alvarez in the 1st round of the 2038 draft and made the announcement on Sept 1, 2038 that Alvarez would be the starter week 1 with former MVP and reigning XFL Champion QB Jason Matson assuming the role as backup.

When McGlone was questioned by reporters how he could bench Matson for a rookie following a season in which he won a Championship....McGlone dimmed the lights and hit the projector displaying the below for all to see while he walked away. The stat line for Alvarez during the 3 preseason games!

Lifelong Bears fan. Nagy would have killed Mahomes career. Trubiski with the right coaching could have had a career similar to Matt Ryan in passing but with better wheels to extend drives and help red zone efficiency . Good candidate to be next Tannehill type if he can land in the right situation.

Should have been a competent starter that can have All Pro seasons with talent around him.

What happened with Trevor Lawrence??? Only 10 TD passes. I know Jacksonville **** but he was suppose to be great

Urban Meyer worse than Nagy. Went to a strip club rather than travel back with the team after a road game. Men aren't going to follow a coach that does that. How can he hold anyone accountable?

Jones and Mills, 5th and 6th Qbs taken, looked best of the rookies. Neither inherited good offenses but both came into coaches that have a strong work ethic themselves and create a culture where the players work on improvement without distractions.

Urban also hired awful assistant coaches. If you watch highlights, it looks like they’re running a high school offense. Will be interesting to see how Lawrence does in a real NFL offense.

If/when they get a good staff Lawrence will shine.

My opinion Lawrence is a franchise QB, Wilson, Mills and Jones are NFL starters, can win a SB with a strong supporting cast. Lance and Fields will bust. Both too slow reading a defense and processing where the ball should go.

Lawrence was "cant miss" and despite all the bad coaching...still should of given us some "Wow moments" and haven't seen that all season.

Peyton Manning threw 30+ interceptions and won 1 game but still he gave us glimpses at his potential in his rookie season.

Has anyone seen 1 play all season from Lawrence that made you go Wow!!!

A 9 yard Quick slant with 7 seconds left and a timeout to setup a 50+ yard game winning fieldgoal is the only play I can remember.

If he had more....they would have shown it....the pundit love him....I've seen one from Wilson!!
