There is no shame is that. It is hard to win a championship in this game.....but that is what makes this sim go great in my opinion. If it was easy, it wouldnt mean as much.
I was always pretty good at roster building and roster management but my gameplaning wasnt that great. There is a TON OF STUFF in the forums that I read to help me. Some I use, some I ignore but it helps to get a handle on what works/helps and what leaves you spinning your wheels. I would recommend everyone browse the help forums and take advice from some of the greats in this game. What's really interesting is after the new version, game plans that worked, no longer work as well for some. It makes this sim much like real football, a constant state of adjustment to see what works for you.
