Great game Mlowe. You nearly finished the comeback and shut me out in the 2nd half!

Good job Blondie...go win it all now!!

It's the 1st time since 2035 (18 seasons) since the top 4 seeds have advanced to the Conference Championship games and the its the1st time since going to the 1 BYE system in 2038!

GG smirt, all trash talk and animosity aside, I’m always expecting the code to just reverse everything that usually works for me and completely implode when facing you.

Gg CJ! I really had to dig deep into the game plan for that one. Glad it worked.

Good game, McBolt.

Jeter's injury probably kept me from making it a dramatic game. Didn't sustain drives/hit a wall, which flipped it. Got nailed on a legit risk/huge reward defensive shut down play that if I was getting the offense going I'd be alright. Yeah, I'd say a major factor is Jeter had to come out of all the RB and TE passing slots and Webster in. Who knows how hammering a player in a spot for an entire season and then having to switch it around alters things. One offensive play didn't work on you even after I got my elite CB out of it and a speed merchant CB in there to run it... a much more lightly used player. I think having Jeter and Webster I'd work it to an end game nail biter like the previous round.

All I can do now is batter the f*** out of any AI and absentee GM I have in other leagues to get the juice back and figure out how to elevate another level. ....lol (moving season passing barriers from 9k to 10k to 12k to who knows)

I'm pretty pissed it failed but you have a great system and take my best efforts to beat, even at full strength.

Good luck moving forward.

P.S. 3 wall to wall - white walls did me in with my first 3 times having the ball. 3 and out white blocks of text x3 and it was done from there. Not so mad here but I hate when that happens with a major advantage (shout out to my homie Hammond) DBL WR 1 and 2 v. 311 running - mash - 3 white wall plays and out. That would infuriate me....

Any ways, good luck going for the title.

I get it, was worried about Mandell’s injury going in. My offense is completely impotent without him, and if the hot reads didn’t break for a big play, this game was a different story.

I wish there was room for more creativity, but I’m too conservative to let high risk calls burn me. It really is a shame that certain defensive calls completely lock down mismatched offensive formations (aka base 3-4 against single back 3w, or the nickel and dime sets that stop 2te style power formations that should bulldoze them on the ground, never mind default AI wanting to use goalline against any “heavy” sets if you don’t override it to stop the passes).

The amount of wasted playbook is astronomical, there should be something that beats basic man coverage, but that call should get blown up by a blitz. And that blitz gets burned by something else, so on and so forth, so teams can be built to win in different ways and get real strategy involved in game planning.
