Champions we were asked not to do it. I removed it.

World guidelines were provided to where it can only come from the wings. I've got myself powered up there for those 2 wing positions and convoy pass blocking for a punt return.

Playing the victim doesnt fly.....so someone beats you with a punt block and you get pissed so EVERYONE must suffer?

You use it in every game....against every opponent unless you get assurances it wont be used against you......even owners like me, trslick and many others that DONT BLOCK PUNTS!

My 5 leagues are on the edge of folding because you and 3 to 4 others cant stop this magical thing you've all found that isnt some great strategy.....Everyone can do it but only a handful do because it feels wrong.

Buffalo and Carolina have both made just 1 XFL Tilte game while Philadelphia is looking for their very 1st appearance. Only Dakota has won an XFL Title with 5 appearances and 3 wins.

Buffalo has blocked 7 punts in their last 2 games and 11 punts in their last 3 games which includes 4 in the last playoff game For the season, they have blocked an amazing 48 PUNTS

CB James Shelton for Buffalo is the clear cut MVP of the league as he single handedly blocked 36 of those punts. Much to the shock of the football world as Shelton has a 51/51 ranking as a corner with barely high school level cover skills (21 M2M/36 B&R) coupled with poor tackling (34) and no pass rush ability (10). What he does have is elite world class speed (96) which he uses to sprint right past some of the best LTs in the league with incredible pass blocking skills.

CB Mark Fowler (45/45) added 8 punt blocks and his coverage skills made Shelton look like a lock down corner (13 M2M/15B&R). Again his tackling (13) and pass rush (12) are pop Warner level but he too has elite World class speed (96).

CB Robert Carter (66/67) added 4 punt blocks with his speed (83) and acceleration (93). Again this is no Deion Sanders in coverage (36 M2M/74B&R) and his tackling (44) and pass rush (11) leave much to be desired.

After 17 games, absolutely no team has been able to stop Buffalo's track team during punts. 3 games were clearly won due to punt blocks including beating their Conference Championship opponent who they beat 20-17 after a blocked punt led to a Buffalo TD. Just that one game is the difference between Dakota hosting the game versus Buffalo.

The fact that 3 CBs and 1 WR with a combined weight of 764 lbs line up directly on the defensive line across from 5 offensive lineman whose combined weight doubles them at approximately 1530 lbs and not only do they live to tell about it but they thrive is in a word.....unbelievable!!!



How hard is it to do what Smirt does?

Go to edit player weights for ST RUSHER and drop everything to zero while making speed 100....goto to depth chart and auto set ST RUSHER...VIOLA you will block punts...pro tip...put your fastest players 3rd and 4th on the depth chart....no need for overrides....your done....that's it....speed beats 325 lb, 100 pass block LT 40-60% of the time.

How long have I known about this?

For quite some time now but I cant in good conscience use this exploit because winning this way feels wrong. So that's the moral dilemma.....95% of the owners refuse to use this so the owners that have no moral problem doing so have an unfair advantage.

I created and run my private leagues so I could have fun competing against the best owners. I've always promoted fun with extra content and want it all balanced with a sense of good sportsmanship. I've dropped out of every league I was in except my 5 plus Raidergregs league. Basically, if you cant play the game without using the punt block exploit, this isnt the league for you. I will removing any owner that continues to use it from all my leagues. Real punt blocks can happen and I know what that looks like.



With all that being said, Smirt go ahead and use the punt blocks against me in the Conference Championship. Clearly you need them to win and I dont want any excuses if I beat you. I get enough of that from your delusional rants that JDB intervenes in your title games and purposely injures your players. To actually believe the game developer who barely has the time, money or desire to work on the code of the game cares what so ever who wins any of his 100 leagues to the point of Affecting the outcome of games is insane. You arent that important to him, none of us are except what we contribute monetarily. So punt block away, in fact if you dont try....I will remove you from the league. After our game....its over.

You see, I dont live and die by winning titles....I just try to have fun. The whole punt block thing isn't about me....its about all the owners that PM constantly because its ruining their experience and they are on the verge of leaving. The 95% of owners that just want to play and have fun. Do you think it's fun to be losing the game....not moving the ball....then when you just wanna punt....you block 4 punts including one for a TD. How did you feel when it was done to you? What do you think about the owner who did it to you? That's what everyone feels about you now because you dont care if someone blocks punts or not....your gonna because you can and it helps you win and get the #1 seed. It's just a few blocked punts in a game but when the whole picture comes into focus its ugly.

I've removed the Punt Block in all 5 of your leagues before your post was created. I'll be removing it from all the leagues I'm in by the end of the day.
