Less about your QB, more about his supporting cast imo.

Granted, he's still a fantastic QB and I can't fault you for taking the pick. Just gotta surround him with more help to complete your rebuild.

That feels right. I am quite weak at skill positions.

I think skill players matter much more than QB. You want a good QB but surround a guy with 90+ speed players who are talented and he's going off

Unfortunately there are so few of those skill players. That’s a project for next offseason.

It's all about the system (owner)!

Look at Alvin Johnson & Anthony Henderson with Memphis the past 3 seasons.

Sucked their whole career until Legend got ahold of them and both will be ALLPROs and possible MVPs

Well that doesn’t say much about me then.

I literally run the same plays as elite owners. I use the same overrides we all use. Started doing my own analytics. Still not getting results.

It’s frustrating.

Might be time to hang it up soon.

Legend laps everyone in passing so you aren't alone my friend.

Let me look at your roster real quick.

Edit to add:

Beaucamp is still a rookie and he will improve as his look off improves. You definitely need more help at the skill positions.

You are leading probably the deepest division in MFN so I think you are doing great.

Only 3 to 4 QBs have a great TD/INT ratio including me which is what happens in leagues with elite owners throughout.

Biggest frustration is the quarterback targeting. It’s all over the place! I put my best skill guy at RB and my quarterback never targets him on flat routes. Instead my quarterback is targeting WR1 or 2 and they aren’t even open. Despite using the spreadsheets seth and LR shares in forums, my quarterback seems to go the opposite way.

My roster is indeed awful but my game planning and overrides on offense should be working more than they are.

I feel the same way!

My QB has a 16/13 TD/INT ratio and that's only because the last game he went 5/0 for his best game in ages!

Edit:

He went 5/1 sorry but still!!

I've wanted to track targets by QB INT to see if there is a large difference that contributes to that variance, but I think some of it is also your players learning the plays. Once they learn them to a certain point you start getting the more predictable results

I think just stay the course and add talent around your QB. Takes a couple seasons to start getting the crazy results

Just out of curiosity because I’ve never been able to get a sense of how important or unimportant play familiarity is. Would you say play familiarity matters more for the quarterback or the receivers?

To kill two birds with one stone, what about WR courage? My WRs are 78, 68, 54, 61 with a TE at 76. I'm assuming receivers who won't battle for ***** will turn targets into INTs - is there a minimum floor for receiving courage?
