Right now, I waste zero effort signing or keeping coaches since it makes no significant impact other then the Head Coach who gives you a playback! It's another, 1 day thing I did experiment with it a few years back and signed the youngest, lowest rated positional coaches I could find, age 28/rated 42. I saw no changes during camp or the season and I ended up winning the Conference Championship but lost in the Title game!

I just want coaches who are moving up in ratings, then I just resign them to $1 raises every year. I don't spend much time on it other than FA1, sometimes FA2 if I don't sign all my coaches the first time.
