Despite being in 4th place in the North, Pittsburgh still controls their own destiny since if they win out they will clinch at least the #7 seed in the AXC.

They sit as the #8 Seed on the outside looking in behind Pittsburgh who has the same record but they lost to the Blitzkrieg head to head.

Memphis currently sits as the #5 Seed in the NXC and can clinch a postseason spot with 2 more wins in the final 3 games.

They travel to Philadelphia in week 16 which could become a playoff "play in" game.

They were swept by the Gangsters so lose the tiebreaker so they need to win out and have Gem City lose 1 game to clinch the North. If they win 2 games then they need Gem City to lose 2 games to clinch the North and if they win 1 game they would need Gem City to lose out to win the North. If they win out and Gem City wins out then Montana would clinch at least the #7 seed. Montana can clinch at least the #7 seed with 2 more wins in the final 3 games.

If Philadelphia wins out they would clinch at least the #7 seed in the NXC but they play 2 postseason teams in Providence & Atlanta in weeks 14 & 15 plus host Los Angeles in week 16. They can make the postseason with 1 or 2 wins but would need some help where Los Angeles, Gem City, Montana or Memphis lose several games in the final 3 weeks. They clearest path to the postseason would be to enter the week 16 matchup with Los Angeles where they were within 1 game of the Challengers which would make the game a postseason "play in" game.

Atlanta is obviously the favorite to win it all for the 8th straight season but Phoenix & Providence and very close to knocking them off. Memphis is a dark horse since no team has beaten Atlanta more in the last 7 seasons then the Maniacs. Surprisingly Montana is a 1 point favorite to win the North over Gem City who will still be a Wildcard along with Philadelphia as Los Angeles appears to be the team on the outside looking in.

AXC

The AXC is still wide open as only Cincinnati & Toronto have clinched the postseason and all 4 divisions are yet to be decided. All four Divisions are separated by 1 game or less with 2 games remaining making the final 2 weeks a sprint to the finish as 8 teams battle for the final 5 open playoff spots.

It looks like Buffalo needs just 1 win to clinch the East but I could be wrong based on MFN tiebreakers.

If they lose a game they would need Orlando to lose a game to clinch the South and the #4 Seed. If they lose out then they would need Orlando to lose out to clinch the South.

The AXC has Toronto followed closely by Cincinnati at the top of the rankings and the two teams play each other in week 16 for not only the North division Title but also the bye in the AXC.
