Everyone tried, which is what CJ wanted and this rule is unnecessary next season with version 4.6.

In 4+ years of running leagues...I've booted maybe 4-5 owners.

Most were owners that simply lost it and went on a flame out series of post where they cussed out me/another owner/the league or MFN in general.

I booted one owner for a blatant rule violation in the Conference championship when he purposely used the punt block exploit then lied about it saying he wasn't aware of it....this owner teaches other owners and wins constantly so the concept that he didn't understand how the punt block exploit worked was laughable.

I appreciate all the owners in my leagues and sincerely hope all 31 current owners never leave the XFL.

The problem with rules is you have to enforce them and check that owners are in compliance or else what's the point? Go look at the Village league that had a ton of rules but.the admin couldnt/wouldn't check that everyone was in compliance and in the end it lasted 1 season before folding.

If anything, look natural ot like this... I'm keeping everyone on their toes and making sure nobody is gaining an advantage by ignoring the rules.

I think there's a big difference between people actually trying to follow the rules and people just seeing what they can get away with. The boot exists for the latter, but if you're trying, I don't have a problem with it.

The regular season is over and I feel like the 25 play count rule was a big success.

I sincerely appreciate everyone actively trying to meet the requirement and we only had a few blips (including myself) that were all addressed and corrected.

Unfortunately, I don't have the time to get the final results from week 16 because of work issues.

My job normally runs with me at the head of the department and I have 3 people under me to handle the day to day in shifts to cover 24/7. We had an employee quit a month ago leaving us short handed but still manageable.

But then we had an employee who was fired for sexual harassment when he slapped a woman's *** in front of several witnesses and on camera! (Seriously) She filed a complaint with HR and apparently the issue was much deeper (stalker level stuff) and he was immediately let go.

Bottom line, I'm down 2 people and have to work more hours to cover until we can hire then train a couple new employees.

The 25 play rule will not be enforced during the playoffs....I don't want a situation where someone uses 18 plays versus someone using 30 and wins causing issues. AGAIN, THE 25 PLAY RULE IS NOT IN EFFECT FOR THE PLAYOFFS.

It was more of a joke. My team will go as far as the defense takes it. At this point, it's really just about minimizing turnovers and playing ball control.

despite what everyone believes, you can do everything correct but unlucky rolls can cost you the game. Especially in the playoffs where the level of.the competition is higher!

I learned a long time ago to not take winning any win for granted and take any lose personal. All you can do is your best and hope for the best because luck is always a factor in this game!
