I think playing a defense full of DBs is for the essence of speed undoubtedly. I will look at that but would only think of that as an exploit if some type of those players are useless with positional stats. The RB to WR transition is only 19 pounds and at most +3 speed variation. On defense the only comparison would be safety to CB at 16 pounds or +2 speed - assuming +1 speed for every ~7 lbs. WLB to CB would be 40+ lbs from 237 to 191 - if a player is a good linebacker but with middling speed switching that player to a secondary position for the speed is a wise staregical decision, to me.
To be honest, in 4.6 you can just find fast people at RB with low to no positional value outside of their speed and do pretty well.
I need to emphasize CJ's league has no rules, so it's technically not an exploit. They do it to show specifically that the speed/weight issue has not been fixed as claimed.
While there may not be much discrepancy between weight for RB and WR, the rule is in place because that's what most people wanted. I get you don't like the rule and I hope you voted in the poll.
We have a lot of owners who have been around a long time, and perhaps they want to simply have 1 league where nobody uses light weight jack rabbits at RB.
