No read USFL rules. They explicitly say weight restrictions are not longer in effect. The catch is that to run the ball they have to be listed as an RB or heavier position - therefore you could have a WR weight, change the player to RB, TE, RT, QB, LG and he is eligible to run the ball for that game because all these positions run at higher weights (regardless of the fact there are no weight restrictions). It just doesn't make any sense and is untraceable if someone utilized the rule as written.
You'd literally need to check rosters before and after games to ensure this rule was respected. I always opted in USFL to stick to keeping ittrue, meaning I played my RBs at RB. Again only being vocal with an opinion and pointing out contrasts to the rule seemed to ruffle feathers. Bunch of Nancy's.
