AXCWESTVancouver (6-0/3-0) currently holds a 2 game lead over Oakland (4-2/1-1) & Indiana (4-2/1-1) while Kansas City (1-5/0-3) has spun their wheels coming off the line. Overall/Division records are in parenthesis.
Vancouver had swept KC and beaten Indiana thru 6 weeks but had 2 games remaining with Oakland (week 12/16) plus the rematch with Indiana in week 7. This is just the 2nd season for the current owner who is looking to make it back to back division Titles. Overall the francise has 7 postseason appearances in 25 seasons.
Oakland is 2 games back after losing back to back games including a division lose to Indiana. They did beat KC and play them in week 7 for the rematch. The rematch with Indiana is in week 14 plus they have 2 games versus undefeated Vancouver (week 12/16). This is season 8 for the current owner where he has 4 postseason appearances and is looking to make it 2 straight.
Indiana is also 2 games out but did beat Oakland in week 5 with the rematch in week 14. They too lost to Vancouver, 17-20 in overtime during week 2 and play the rematch this week on the road. Kansas City only has 1 win but they have played better then their record indicates. They lost by 6 to Buffalo on the road in week 2 and are coming off a devastating OT lose to undefeated Vancouver, 28-31 in week 6. This is season 12 for the current owner and he has 3 postseason appearances in that time. Overall the francise has 6 postseason appearances in 25 seasons.
EASTBuffalo (3-3/0-1) currently leads the division by 1 game over Miami (2-4/2-0) & New England (2-4/1-0) while New York (0-6/0-2) has shat the bed early with 5 of the 6 loses being by at least 10 points. Overall/Division records are in parenthesis.
Buffalo has only played 1 division game and it was a lose to Miami so they have 5 division games left on the schedule including the rematch with Miami (week 11) plus 2 games versus New England (week 7/13) and New York (week 10/15). The positive for New York is they have a stable owner entering his 23rd season and the hope is they will bounce back. The francise has just 3 postseason appearances in 25 seasons and despite owning the team for 23 seasons, the current owner has just 1 postseason appearance.
NORTHCincinnati (4-2/2-1) sits atop the division with Pittsburgh (4-2/0-1) right on their heels. Toronto (3-3/2-2) sits 1 game behind both teams while Houston (2-4/1-1) is 2 games back. Overall/Division records are in parenthesis.
Cincinnati had a down year last season as they decided to rebuild in a ultra-competetive division. The rebuild has already started to pay dividends as they have swept Toronto before falling to Houston in week 6, 17-20. Texas has split with Michigan and beaten Daytona already so they have the rematch with Daytona (week 16) plus 2 games with Dakota (week 9/14). This is year 10 for the current owner which includes 2 postseason appearances and he will look to make it 2 straight thus season.

Daytona went 6-10 last season which was the most wins since 2029 for this francise. The hope was they would build off last season but the schedule maker wasn't kind giving them games versus 5 playoff teams from last season in the first 6 games. The only team not to make the postseason last season was Michigan who is 4-2 this season and Daytona lost a Heartbreaker, 12-13. Things won't get easier as Daytona only has 3 games left on their schedule versus teams currently under .500 which includes Houston who won their division last season. The current owner is in year 17 and it looks like 17 straight seasons without a postseason appearance is inevitable.

All they have is the rematches with Providence (week 16) & Washington (week 9) left on the schedule. The current owner is in his 6th year of ownership of the francise and he is looking to make it 6 straight division Titles. He previously owned Brooklyn from 2031-2036 and led that francise to 6 postseason appearances in 6 seasons including the 2033 NXC Conference Championship.
Providence is just off the pace of Philadelphia thanks to the head to head lose but wins versus Washington & Brooklyn have kept them in the race. They have 3 rematches remaining with Philadelphia (week 16), Washington (week 14) & Brooklyn (week 15) to close out the season. The current owner is in year 4 of ownership and has made the postseason the past 2 seasons.
Washington has bounced back after a slow start when they lost to Providence & Philadelphia in the first 2 games of the season. They still have 2 games with Brooklyn (week 7/10) plus rematches with Philadelphia (week 9) & Providence (week 14). This is just year 3 of ownership for the current owner and he is looking for his first postseason appearance. This is the 4th different francise this owner has owned. He owned Brooklyn (2020-2022), Cincinnati (2026-2028) & Arizona (2036-2038) before buying Washington. He has never made it to year 4 in his previous 3 owned teams and has never made the postseason for any of the 4 teams. The commissioner hopes he finally plants roots with thus francise.
Brooklyn is under new ownership after 5 losing seasons and a bizarre short-term owner situation last season. The new owner is stable and known in football circles to be a winner. He hasn't had much chance to put his stamp on this team but it's just a matter of time before he turns this francise around.
WESTArizona (5-1/2-0) holds a commanding 3 game lead over Vegas (2-4/2-0) with Seattle (1-4/1-2) 4 games back and Los Angeles (0-6/0-3) 5 games out. Overall/Division records are in parenthesis.
Arizona opened tge season with a lose to Memphis before running off 5 straight wins including 2 division wins versus Seattle & LA. They play the rematches with Seattle in week 7 & LA in week 16. They also have 2 games left with Vegas (week 9/11) which will decide if Arizona runs away with the division or Vegas makes it a race. The current owner is in his 5th year as owner and after missing the postseason in his first year of ownership has made the postseason the last 3 seasons including 2 straight division Titles.
Vegas won back to back Titles in 2039 & 2040 and despite making the postseason the next 2 seasons, they have been clearly on the decline going 10-6 in 2041 and 8-8 last season. They have an owner in year 22 whose francise has made the postseason in 16 of the last 17 seasons. Their 2 wins came in division games versus Seattle & LA and they have the rematches with Seattle (week 14) & LA (week 10). They also play Arizona twice (week 9/11) which could get them right back into the division race.
Seattle was owned by its original owner for 21 seasons before being sold to the current owner. The francise is currently in an 11 season playoff draught and the current owner is in his 5th year. Unless things turn around quickly, it looks like it will be 12 straight seasons. The team only has 8 players on the roster who have over 5 years of experience so the team has almost completely turned over under the current owner. Now it's time this owner starting getting results. They have talent across the roster but some XFL executives question why they have 6 quarterbacks and 3 kickers on the roster.

Gem City started 4-0 before dropping 2 tight games to playoff teams and have a 3rd versus Philadelphia (5-1) this week before they start playing the 5 remaining division games. The rematch with Saint Paul who they beat is in week 8 plus 2 games with Montana (week 12/14) & Zehlendorf (week 9/11). The current owner is in year 23 and he has made the postseason 16 times including 5 straight division crowns.
Montana is 2-0 in division with wins versus Zehlendorf & Saint Paul under their belt. They play the rematches with Zehlendorf (week 8) & Saint Paul (week 10) plus 2 pivotal matchups with Gem City (week 12/14). Montana snapped a streak of 7 seasons where they didn't finish under .500 last season. The owner is in year 24 where he has made the postseason just 4 times but those 4 appearances have occurred in the last 8 seasons.
Zehlendorf is 1-1 in division with a win over Saint Paul & a lose to Montana. The rematch with Saint Paul is in week 7 and Montana in week 8 before they play Gem City twice in week 9 & 11. That's 4 division games in the next 5 weeks and it's now or never for them to make a run. The current owner is in year 8 for a francise that has 2 XFL Titles & 4 NXC Conference Championship. All that happened under previous owners and after making the playoffs in his first year as owner, he has missed the postseason for 6 straight years.
Saint Paul dropped a game to all 3 division rivals in the first 3 games of the season before bouncing back with 2 wins in the next 3 games. They play Gem City in week 7, Zehlendorf in week 8 and Montana in week 10 with the chance to get back into the race. This francise peaked in 2037 when they won their 3rd straight NXC Conference Championship and the team was sold to the current owner. He made the postseason in his first year of ownership but has missed the postseason the next 4 seasons leading into this season. The owner previously owned the Indiana (Denver) francise from 2032-2036 before he sold them and bought this francise.
SOUTHMemphis (6-0/2-0) & Atalnta (6-0/2-0) sit tied atop the division with Tampa Bay (3-3/1-1) 3 games behind and Carolina (1-5/0-4) pulling up the rear. Overall/Division records are in parenthesis.
Memphis has wins over Tampa Bay & Carolina with rematches in week 7 (Carolina) & week 14 (Tampa Bay). Everyone in the XFL has weeks 9 & 16 circled since that's when Memphis plays Atlanta. Overall the francise has just 6 postseason appearances in 25 seasons but does include the 2024 NXC Conference Championship.
Atlanta has swept Carolina and has 2 games with Tampa (week 8/11) plus 2 key games versus Memphis (week 9/16) which will decide the division. This is season 6 for the current owner who has 3 straight postseason appearances including being the reigning back to back XFL Champions. They won 9 straight division Titles from 2028-2036 and fans are hoping the new owner can get them back to that level of success.
